Thank you for visiting
This updated home page Immersive Prayer Ministry website offers reflections, vignettes of poetry, art, and meditations as a glimpse into the appreciation of Christ’s love and action in the world. New for 2022 is an enhanced large selection of classic and experimental or alternate Scriptural Rosary Mysteries. These Rosary Mysteries can help Christians to thrive in our complex world. The alternate mysteries focus on a positive response for all occasions. Perhaps the reflections on this website can be a catalyst to immerse yourself within the moments of your faith journey and the joy associated with loving God, community, and neighbor.
This site is organized into collections of reflections. I practice the prayer of Lectio Divina for any reflection that has a biblical passage. Many reflection categories on this site are also available in Kindle and book form on Amazon. All proceeds from book sales go to charity.

These contemporary midrashs contain scenarios, thoughts, and exploration assembled not to prove anything but to create a non-historical thought-provoking perspective. A Midrash is an ancient Jewish prayerful interpretation and commentary on biblical text done in story form to assist in explaining Scripture. My use of the midrash technique requires immersion into the perceived life of holy characters done with research and a considerable amount of prayer.
celebrates and highlights the most glorious time in the Christian liturgical year, the fifty days from Easter to Pentecost. This Via Lucis variation uniquely considers the mystical presence of St. Joseph in our encounter with the living Christ. A suggested contemplative approach for this Via Lucis is reading the Scripture and imagining yourself as a participant in each painting. Good and honorable priests who are committed to their charism and are exemplars of Christian holiness deserve nothing less than their Church finding ways to re-elevate them in the eyes of the world. A partial solution is to leverage their sanctity, so they more deeply become “merchants seeking the finest pearls.”
Inspirational Christian Poetic Expression
