God is True – Reflection on John 3:31-36
We can barely touch the surface if we intellectually try to fathom what the Father has given Jesus. We know that our reflections in this regard are but a tiny drop in Jesus’s unlimited ocean of thoughts. Yet, we can believe and accept His testimony that God is true, absorbing just a single drop from the sea of Jesus’ thoughts. That drop can be explored in ways such as in the silence of being fully present to Jesus in deep prayer. You are blessed if you can find ways away from the din of earthly things, inside the hidden and wondrous whispers from Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Father. Bless those with drops that magnify to help others on their journey of eternal life. Our gratitude for time with God creates infinite possibilities, including strengthening our resolve to accept and give even more love.

John 3:31-36 – Scripture (NRSV Bible)
The One Who Comes from Heaven
31 The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks about earthly things. The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard, yet no one accepts his testimony. 33 Whoever has accepted his testimony has certified this, that God is true. 34 He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure. 35 The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in his hands. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but must endure God’s wrath.
